Winning ticket will only be valid for one (1) individual. Free haircut is valid for an Express Haircut service. Free haircuts can be upgraded to a Deluxe Haircut, with the cost difference paid by the client. The ticket purchaser may use it themself or give it to someone else. The person redeeming the first free cut will be the only person able to receive free haircuts for the calendar year 2026. Free haircuts cannot be transferred.
